Introduction
Our client are one of the largest consultancies who are looking to embed new technical solutions.
They are looking for Change consultants who have a strong background in implementing technical solutions, whilst conducting change impact assessments and liaising with relevant stakeholders.
This role is on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days per week on site, with travel to other sites expected.
Working Patterns: This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week on site.
Key responsibilities
* Develop Change plans in order to implement new technical solutions.
* Assess the current technology usage and identify areas of change.
* Collaborating with multiple stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with business objectives.
* Provide training to employees.
* Engage with users to identify delays or blocks and develop strategies to enhance and overcome barrier.
* Measure the success of the adoption process, adjusting as needed.
* Stay up to date with the best practices, capabilities, and usages of the technology.
* Contribute to new business proposals to support the business development team.
* Engage and contribute to internal practices.
Skills & experience
* Proven experience in change management (or equivalent); including leadership alignment, stakeholder identification.
* Skilled in impact assessment, end-user training, and developing and executing organisational change management plans.
* Experience leading and planning training programmes for technology adoption.
* Excellent facilitation, communication and data analysis skills.
* Experience of managing client relationships, including previous consulting experience.
* Strong end-user interaction skills, excellent networking, building working relationships with diverse and cross functional teams.
