What You'll Do
Embross is seeking a seasoned Account Manager with a proven history of success, demonstrated ability to open doors and drive customer management as well as upselling at the highest levels.
Primary Role & Responsibilities:
The Account Manager's role is to ensure customer satisfaction and generate revenue primarily through maintaining and expanding the business relationship with existing customers. Revenue will be acquired through the sales of a mixture of products, installed systems, managed services, and service agreements. The Account Manager will work closely with their Regional Head of Sales and Sales Directors to develop strategic plans to maximize revenue and profitability in a defined market area and is responsible for:
* Creating, maintaining, and executing a written Account Management Strategy. This will be comprised of specific revenue growth and profit targets. The Strategy will be created annually and reviewed for achievements quarterly.
* Spending time with clients, building relationships, and understanding their business so you can help them leverage technology to enhance the delivery of their travel and transportation offerings across the globe
* Actively prospecting for new opportunities with Sales Directors.
* Logging and reporting all activities to enable accurate sales forecasting.
* Gathering market data within your territory regarding key accounts, competitors, pricing, and other economic factors and reporting back to management.
* Making sales presentations directly to clients either in-person or via video conferencing.
* Preparing professional, written proposals of the highest quality for presenting to clients.
* Negotiate contracts with clients that are consistent with the written policies of Embross.
* Working with clients to define project requirements and communicating those requirements to our design team.
* Working with our team of intelligent and creative hardware and software designers to deliver the right solution to our clients

Gatwick Airport, London
Accountability:
The Account Manager will report to the Regional Head of Sales. Secondary accountability will be to the other management team members, fellow team members, and clients of the company.
Required Experience
* Account Management experience focused on technology selling
* Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Communications, Finance, or Marketing
* History of managing existing clients and bringing in new clients
* Demonstrated ability in communicating how technology can be utilized to solve business challenges
* Experienced in selling technical solutions, products, and services
* Organized, efficient, and can work in a project management-centric organization
* Persuasive communication skills and excellent speaking, listening, and writing ability
Additional Skills and Abilities:
* Languages- English (required); Nice to have- French or other European languages
* Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work with diverse groups
* Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing, and implementing skills
* Must be able to effectively handle stressful situations.
* Must be able to read and effectively interpret general business documentation
* At times, work will be required outside of standard business hours in order to meet deadlines or attend business functions.
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel internationally, mostly within Europe.
