Lunch Time Assistant Grade HB, £20258 Pro-rata 7.5 hours per week (12-1.30pm week days), 38 weeks per year Bank hours often available Start Date: ASAP Greenside School is seeking to appoint a Lunch Time Assistant. For our 'Blossoms' Early Years provision within Ashtree Primary school (SG2 9JQ). This class has 13 learners who learn in a unique setting close to the mainstream school. You would go directly to Blossoms for this role, but are expected to attend our main school for training. Greenside School is committed to providing an outstanding and inclusive education for our young people and has a positive and stimulating environment with a range of wonderful learning opportunities. The school has exceptional outdoor spaces and strong community partnerships. We are looking for someone to support our learners during the lunch period. This new role will be from 12-1.30pm daily. You will be supporting the learners to eat and drink, change and play as well as supporting the class team in the social and emotional education of each learner. This rewarding role is for anyone who would like to make a difference and support a range of learners aged 2-19 at Greenside School. This is a term-time only role. Full training is given, including safeguarding and therapeutic approaches. HB paygrade, FTE £24,413 working 7.5 hours a week - this will be paid pro-rata. An ideal role for those who have young children and want a rewarding role around other responsibilities. It can also open doors to a bigger role in the school. Many of our full-time TAs come from a starting role as an MSA in the school.
