Requirements
* Qualified lawyer with strong experience in debt finance, ideally 5–7 PQE, with solid experience in the issuance of Eurobonds.
* Excellent drafting and negotiation skills across complex agreements.
* Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Commercially minded with the ability to balance legal accuracy with business objectives.
* UK-qualified or foreign-qualified lawyers with strong UK experience.
