We are seeking a Commercial Paint Sprayer to join a busy paint department in Warrington, playing a key role in preparing vehicles to meet strict production line takt times. What youll do: Mask and prepare vehicles to a high standard, ensuring quality and efficiency Follow health & safety guidelines and promote excellent housekeeping practices Work flexibly across different units and support various paint shop tasks Take ownership of your role and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives What were looking for: Experience in a similar paint spraying or preparation role Knowledge of health & safety practices when working with solvents Understanding of takt times and production line requirements Ability to work in awkward, confined spaces and climb over vehicles Willingness to perform occasional heavy lifting
