This role is based at our Dordon site, with working hours from 20:30 to 05:00, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with all health and Safety procedures and safe systems of work
* Support Health and safety initiatives such as zero accident behaviour
* Manage colleague issues with empathy and discretion, escalating to HR where necessary
* Oversee the management of the departments, including direct reports and the colleague population
* Ensure departmental and individual performance meets with the locally agreed expectations, including SLAs
* Utilise root cause analysis to drive continuous improvement including health and Safety
* Be a champion for the culture of continuous improvement, focusing on the delivery of exceptional customer experiences
Skills And Experience
* Passionate towards achieving results
* Experience working to and implementing strict Health and Safety policies
* Experience managing a team
* Knowledge of effective root cause analysis processes and ability to implement positive outcomes
* Flexible approach
* Goes beyond tried and tested methods
