We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Leader to join our team in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. The successful candidate will assist the Supported Living Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our supported living services, ensuring the delivery of person-centered care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities
1. The Team Leader will assist the Supported Living Manager in the overall management of the service, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations and company policies.
2. Provide leadership and support to a team of support workers, promoting a positive and inclusive working environment.
3. The Team Leader will develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs and preferences of residents.
4. Monitor the quality of care provided, conducting regular audits and addressing any areas for improvement.
5. The Team Leader will liaise with external agencies, healthcare professionals, and families to ensure holistic care for residents.
6. Support the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
7. The Care Team Leader will participate in on-call duties as required, providing emergency support outside regular working hours.
Requirements for Team Leader:
* Ideally NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification.
* Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a supported living or social care setting.
* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and standards.
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
* Compassionate, empathetic, and committed to promoting the independence and well-being of service users.
* Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and on-call duties if required.
