An opportunity for a motivated individual to join a busy Woking estate agency, supporting buyers and sellers through the sales process while developing a long-term career in property.
This is a great opportunity to join an independent estate agency in Woking as a Sales Negotiator. The role would suit someone looking to move into property sales or build on existing experience using strong customer service, sales, or relationship-management skills.
You’ll be supported by an experienced team and given the chance to learn the full residential sales process while working with buyers and vendors in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
* Registering buyers and understanding their property requirements
* Arranging and carrying out property viewings
* Building relationships with buyers and vendors
* Negotiating offers and supporting sales progression
* Keeping all parties informed throughout the transaction
* Providing a high level of customer service
* Generating leads for valuations and financial services
* Representing the agency professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
* Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, or a similar people-focused role
* Interest in property and willingness to learn
* Confident communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone
* Well organised with good attention to detail
* Comfortable working in a target-focused environment
* Positive, proactive attitude with a strong work ethic
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
