Role Description
* Strategic Relationship Management: Engage with senior stakeholders across our portfolio to deliver tailored solutions that meet complex business needs.
* Collaborative Delivery: Partner with all internal stakeholders to co-create service delivery that drives customer satisfaction and retention.
* Commercial Impact: Lead negotiations on policy renewals, ensuring alignment with financial targets and strategic objectives.
* Innovative Thinking: Design and implement bespoke service strategies that reflect the dynamic nature of our clients’ industries.
* Professional Excellence: Represent Atradius with integrity, professionalism, and reliability in all client and broker interactions.
What You Bring
* A strong understanding of credit insurance principles, including policy structures and risk management.
* Proven experience in account management or similar, ideally within financial services or insurance.
* Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
* A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across teams.
* A track record of achieving financial and retention targets or successfully operating in a targeted environment.
* Relevant qualifications and the right to work in the UK, with flexibility to travel as needed.
