SEN Teaching Assistants (Secondary) - Warwick - Location: Warwick, Warwickshire- Job Type: Full-time & Part-time (Flexible supply work also available)- Start Date: September 2025 (earlier starts available)Are you passionate about supporting young people with Special Educational Needs?Do you have experience working with secondary-aged students in a school or care setting?We're working with a number of inclusive and supportive secondary school in Warwick who are looking for dedicated and empathetic SEN Teaching Assistants to join their teams for the new academic year.About the Role:You will be supporting students aged 11-16 with a range of special educational needs, including:- Autism (ASC)- ADHD- Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)- Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needsDuties may include:- 1:1 and small group support in and outside of the classroom- Assisting teachers with tailored lesson delivery- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional well-being- Helping students access learning and develop key skillsIdeal Candidate:- Experience working with children or young people with SEN - Calm, caring and adaptable approach- Strong communication and behaviour management skills- Teaching Assistant qualifications (e.g. CACHE, Level 2/3) are a bonus but not essentialMust have or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS.
