Our client is seeking an exceptional Head of Commercial (sales) to take ownership of one of their most strategically important retail partnerships within the UK grocery sector. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for the commercial strategy, performance and long‑term growth of a major UK & International business supplying M&S. As a key member of the senior customer team, you will shape and deliver a value-led commercial strategy, drive sustainable profitability, and build trusted, high-impact relationships at a senior customer level. You will also lead and develop a high-performing commercial team, working cross-functionally to ensure operational excellence and outstanding customer delivery.
