What You’ll Be Doing:
As part of our people team, you will provide proactive support across the employee lifecycle, including:
* Creative Content & Engagement: Bring our culture to life through engaging internal and external content for social media, employee communications, and recruitment campaigns.
* Resourcing & Onboarding: Manage job adverts, review applications, and participate in outreach initiatives at schools, colleges, and universities to attract top talent.
* People-Focused Support: Support teams with queries, platform access, wellbeing, and more.
* Exciting People Projects: Engage in initiatives like employee surveys, engagement campaigns, and culture projects shaping our workplace’s future.
What You’ll Need:
Most importantly, you should care about people! Additionally:
* Have a creative flair with a passion for design, storytelling, and social media content creation.
* Be highly organized with strong IT skills (Office 365, social media, video editing, Canva).
* Enjoy working with people and building relationships both remotely and in person.
* Have a curious mindset with a drive to learn and grow within a people-focused department.
* Bring enthusiasm, team spirit, and fresh ideas.
This role is ideal for those with experience as an HR Assistant or HR Administrator seeking career development, HR graduates with placement experience, or hospitality management graduates transitioning into HR.
