What you\'ll be doing
* Leading, motivating and developing your team to deliver exceptional service to clients and members
* Driving performance and accountability, ensuring processes, compliance and quality standards are consistently met
* Challenging existing ways of working and identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation
* Supporting and mentoring individuals to reach their potential through coaching and tailored development
* Building strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally
* Ensuring risk and compliance processes are embedded and maintained across the team
