About the role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will proactively contact new prospects to promote VOW’s value proposition—primarily focused on facilities supplies (janitorial & cleaning), but with the flexibility to sell across our product portfolio of 20,000 SKUs. Your responsibilities include:
* Articulating our value proposition, key features, and benefits during outbound sales calls to an assigned prospect pool.
* Providing excellent customer service, putting the client first.
* Achieving sales, gross profit, and margin targets.
* Building client relationships and upselling additional products and ranges.
* Meeting or exceeding all KPIs and monthly quotas within 3 months.
* Maintaining accurate records in our CRM to enable targeted outreach.

* Proven ability to meet targets and exceed goals.
