To act as the primary point of contact between the organisation and members of the public, ensuring clear communication, effective issue resolution, and positive community relations during projects, services, or operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for public enquiries and complaints.
Provide clear, accurate updates about projects, works, or services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with community members and stakeholders.
Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Organise or attend community meetings and engagement events.
Maintain accurate records and prepare brief reports as required.
