About the Role:
We are an established and growing maintenance contractor specialising in domestic property works. We are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our commercial team based in Royston.
Youll play a key role in managing the commercial and financial aspects of multiple property maintenance contracts, ensuring profitability, compliance, and quality delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to join a stable business working on long-term frameworks and refurbishment projects.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the commercial management of planned maintenance and reactive works contracts on domestic properties
2. Prepare accurate valuations, applications for payment, CVRs, and cost reports
3. Procure subcontractors and materials, ensuring value for money and compliance with budgets
4. Evaluate and manage subcontractor accounts, variations, and final accounts
