Jo Holdsworth Recruitment are excited to be partnering with a global leader in premium wellness and lifestyle products to recruit a permanent Account Manager. Our client is an established values-led organisation with a strong international presence and a long-standing reputation for innovation and quality.


This is a field-based Account Manager position responsible for supporting and growing a network of partners across the UK. Working closely with the Account Development Lead and cross-functional teams, you will play a key role in driving sales performance, margin delivery, and long-term partner success.


Responsibilities

* Support the execution of the dealer and development strategy across partner and owned retail channels
* Contribute to achieving annual sales and gross margin targets across the UK trade network
* Manage and develop a portfolio of retail partners to deliver quarterly and annual sales objectives
* Build strong cross-functional relationships to ensure effective collaboration towards business goals
* Work closely with marketing teams to define and deliver effective promotional activity and investment plans
* Where appropriate, collaborate with international product teams to share market insight and support product development
* Assist with the delivery of sales and product training initiatives in conjunction with global training teams
* Develop long-term, value-driven relationships with retail partners across multiple premium brands
* Support the delivery of national conferences, dealer meetings, exhibitions, and trade events
* Communicate sales performance and market insight clearly to internal stakeholders
* Capture and share relevant market intelligence to support strategic decision-making


Experience & Skills Required

* 5 years’ experience in a field-based Account Management role
* Proven track record of delivering against sales and margin targets
* Experience managing and developing SME retail partners
* Strong understanding of core selling principles and account management
* Commercially minded, proactive, and self-motivated
* Demonstrated problem-solving capability within a sales environment
* Experience working with premium or aspirational products
* Analytical approach with the ability to use data to support decisions
* Strong influencing skills with both partners and internal teams
* Experience selling to end consumers and ideally B2B environments
* Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
* Relationship-focused with a customer-first mindset
