Local Opportunities for Experienced Care Assistants in Mansfield!
We are looking for experienced residential Care Assistants in the Mansfield area!
You will be working in a care setting providing the best of care to 77 residents working alongside a dedicated team of Carers that are experts in the field of Alzheimer's Disease, Old Age and Physical Disabilities.
All our Care Assistants must have sound qualifications in Health and Social Care and all mandatory training must be up to date, especially Moving and Handling with Hoist Training.
As an experienced care assistant, you will be required to follow individual’s care plans, care for and attend to the daily activities of the residents. This dedicated team of Carers specialise in providing a full care package to encompass activities that promote wellbeing with residents suffering from Dementia and they pride themselves in providing a supportive and encouraging atmosphere. This is a physically and mentally demanding job so you must have a real desire to work in this setting. You must have experience of dealing with residents with Dementia, Old Age and Physical Disabilities and a desire to want to assist them in their activities of daily living to stimulate and improve their quality of life.
You will need:
* A minimum of 3 months of paid experience within a Care or Nursing Home
* Up-to-date Mandatory Training certificates
* An Enhanced DBS Certificate dated within the past 12 months
* A Referencable Work History

This care assistant role is an ongoing position
We are looking for carers to join the day team. Shift starts are usually at 07:00 or 14:00 Monday to Sunday lasting between 8 and 12 hours.
You will be paid £12.50 per hour
