This position requires expertise in SQL development, ETL processes, and data warehousing to meet the dynamic reporting and analytical needs of our Finance BI Team. Your key responsibilities include: Design and optimise high-performance SQL solutions to power financial reporting, transaction analysis, and business intelligence. Take a leading role in identifying, diagnosing, and resolving issues from debugging complex stored procedures to fine-tuning ETL workflows - with proactive monitoring to keep our financial data accurate. Communicate effectively and professionally with end users and stakeholders, including finance teams, to ensure their requirements are fully understood and met. Step into the OLAP Administrator role – a process you’ll own end-to-end after enhanced training. Follow industry-standard testing and change management procedures to safeguard data integrity. What You’ll Bring Must-haves: Proficiency in SQL development (SSMS), advanced data modelling, and ETL workflows. Strong skills in Excel and data manipulation. Desirable: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Previous experience within the automotive industry. Experience with OLAP data cubes and administration.
