Job Description
This role will be responsible for leading and optimizing the UKI Accountants NCA & Groundgame marketing plan and team, setting and delivering against targets and revenue plans in the region. The role includes driving engagement, customer/client acquisition, and revenue growth. The Marketing Lead will oversee the UKI planning process for accountants and coordinate trading interlock with sales and regional performance teams to optimize performance. Responsibilities include developing data-driven, ROI-focused campaigns aligned with business objectives, managing a high-performing team, and fostering innovation in campaign strategies. The role also involves analyzing performance metrics to achieve exceptional results across channels and driving collaboration through the UKIA digital & campaign hubs.
Location - Hybrid, 3 days per week out of Manchester, Newcastle, or Winnersh office.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead marketing and cross-functional collaboration for UKI NCA Accountants, accountable for regional targets.
2. Develop and own strategy and demand plans across channels, aligning with the RTR organization and seasonal opportunities.
3. Manage marketing for NCA (new practices, new clients) across all products, covering all practice personas.
4. Oversee marketing performance and contribution metrics such as units, ARR, trials, MQLs, CPAs, and LTV:CAC, leveraging MTD to drive volume.
5. Coordinate with digital and campaign hubs to plan, prioritize, execute, and optimize performance.
6. Lead performance analysis and reporting, using KPIs like ROI and CAC, providing insights to senior leadership.
7. Leverage analytics and testing to make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
8. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring spend is optimized for maximum ROI.
9. Lead and develop a high-performing team.
10. Collaborate closely with IC, RTR, and PMM to meet regional BU requirements.
Skills, Know-How, and Experience
* Experience in marketing management roles.
* Results-driven with strong commercial acumen and KPI focus.
* Experience in fast-paced, sales-led organizations.
* Understanding of ecommerce trading, assisted funnels, and B2B/B2C channel marketing.
* Proven digital and field marketing experience.
* Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills at senior levels.
* Ability to work in a matrix environment and influence across teams.
* Resilience and strong accountability.
