\nThe successful candidate will handle a broad spectrum of commercial property matters, advising a varied client base that includes banks, charities, developers, investors, local authorities, and occupiers. \n• The firm is seeking a solicitor who can support and, where appropriate, take responsibility for transactions by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts – including leases, licences, transfers, and deeds.

\n• You will be expected to carry out due diligence checks, such as reviewing and reporting on title, raising enquiries, and assessing search results, as well as liaising with clients and opposing counsel throughout the process.
