£27,000 - £30,000
Monday to Friday- Core Working Hours

Wild Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting for our client who runs a busy and well known transport office based in Portsmouth
Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role within Transport, Pallet Network, Freight or Logistics.
Duties include but not limited to:
1. Manage all customer queries on shipments, deliveries and timescales
2. Confirm transport jobs onto new, bespoke internal systems
3. Liaise with drivers on issues or queries
4. Ensure all vehicles and drivers are fully compliant
5. Escalate issues where necessary
6. Ensure drivers have correct paperwork/consignment documents
Ideally you will:
7. Have experience in a similar role
8. Knowledge of Freight, Shipping, Pallet Network or Logistics
9. Knowledge of Full and Part Loads
10. Be able to work in a fast paced environment
11. Strong attention to detail
12. Be proficient with Microsoft Office
