Your Role as Nursery Practitioner
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a vital role in shaping the experiences of our children. Your responsibilities will include:
* Meeting each child’s individual needs while providing high-quality care and education in a safe and nurturing environment.
* Observing, assessing, and planning engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development.
* Collaborating with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
* Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, regularly reviewing and applying them.
* Diligently following risk assessments and reporting health and safety matters to management.
* Supporting the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* A full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification (essential).
* Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
* Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
* Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
