The Best Connection are currently recruiting for an experienced Automotive Paint Sprayer to join a leading automotive company based in South Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled candidates seeking a long-term role within the automotive sector.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Using a spray gun to apply paint to automotive parts and components
Mixing and preparing paint to required specifications
Ensuring a high-quality finish in line with company standards
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all health & safety and quality procedures
📝 Requirements:
Previous experience as a paint sprayer (automotive industry desirable)
Ability to mix and apply paints accurately
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliability and flexibility to work night shifts (10pm - 6am, Sunday to Thursday)
⏰ Hours of Work:
22:00 - 06:00
Sunday - Thursday
💷 Pay Rate:
