Salary: £65,000 - 75,000 per year Requirements: Degree-qualified or equivalent experience in Telecommunications, Network Engineering or similar Strong experience within defence or highly regulated network environments Proven background in network architecture, discovery and secure design principles Experience working within recognised architectural frameworks (e.g. TOGAF or similar) Deep understanding of enterprise LAN/WAN/IP network infrastructure Eligible for SC clearance as a minimum Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Comfortable working both in-office and at secure customer sites Responsibilities: Act as Technical Authority and primary escalation point for complex network challenges Lead network discovery activities across LAN, WAN, IP and legacy environments Capture stakeholder requirements and define scalable, secure architectures Produce and control high- and low-level design documentation and governance artefacts Ensure compliance with defence security frameworks and architectural standards Identify risks and support migration and transition planning Provide technical leadership across multi-disciplinary project teams Support project delivery and collaborate with PM and engineering functions Technologies: Architect Support LAN Network Security TOGAF More: We are an established engineering-led business specializing in secure network design, architecture, and infrastructure transformation projects.
