* Reporting to the Pre-Construction Manager & Senior Design Manager
* Management of the Design process from Pre-construction and Live level
* Manage your own time to get the projects completed
Experience required for this Design Manager position:
* Experience working as a Design Manager previously
* Able to manage the Design process from start to finish
* Management of any change in the Design for projects
* Experience working on schemes from £10m-£50min value
* Experience working on projects such as Residential schemes and framework projects
