My client is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Junior IT Support Analyst to join their growing IT team. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for technical issues, while receiving hands-on training and support to develop your skills.
Responsibilities
* Be the original contact point for any IT queries
* Escalate issues where needed
* Setup and configure laptops, desktops and accounts
* Support hardware and software
* Diagnose hardware and software issues
Requirements
* Strong interest in IT Support
* Keen interest to train and learn
* Degree or previous experience in IT or related field
* Knowledge of Windows or macOS, Office 365 and basic networking
