Key Responsibilities:Support the Faculty Finance Managers in operational financial management services across the faculty.Provide support by managing the faculty’s research budgetsProvide guidance to staff and students on the faculty’s purchasing and staff expenses.Support the Faculty Finance Managers with budget monitoringAssist other finance team members as needed.About youOur ideal candidate will:be able to effectively prioritize conflicting demands.be able to work independently and as part of an agile team.have excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to advise and influence senior stakeholders.have strong organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and collaborative approach.have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to include Power Automate.have experience of reviewing how things work, making them better, and putting improved processes in place that people can follow.Further informationThis is a full-time role although part-time hours (0.8fte) will be considered for the right candidate.
