This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering critical infrastructure for the energy transition.
Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare and review technical documentation including method statements, risk assessments, and installation procedures.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
* Participate in offshore campaigns as required, providing engineering support during operations.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, client specifications, and project requirements.
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Marine, or related discipline).
* Proven experience in offshore wind or marine construction, ideally with a focus on foundation installation (monopiles, jackets, suction buckets, etc.).
* Strong understanding of offshore installation methods, equipment, and logistics.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Willingness to travel and work offshore as needed.
* Right to work in the UK.
Desirable:
* Experience working with major offshore wind developers or Tier 1 contractors.
* Familiarity with offshore vessels and heavy lift operations.
* Knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, OrcaFlex, MS Project).
