Experienced Teaching Assistant - Prestigious Catholic Secondary School

Veritas are working with a well-regarded Catholic Secondary School in West London, known for its strong values, excellent pastoral care, and high academic standards. The school is seeking an experienced Teaching Assistant to join their large and supportive SEN team, starting immediately.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people within a community rooted in respect, compassion, and faith. While you do not need to be Catholic, you must be supportive of the schools ethos and be committed to helping students grow academically, socially, and spiritually.
The successful candidate must have previous experience working in a secondary school setting, supporting students aged 11-16, ideally with Special Educational Needs (SEN). You will work both 1:1 and in small groups, delivering tailored support that helps students reach their full potential.
The school offers a warm, inclusive environment with a strong sense of community, as well as access to ongoing training and opportunities to contribute to wider school life, including extracurricular activities and enrichment programmes.
The site is easily accessible via public transport, with excellent bus links and nearby train stations. Limited on-site parking and local street parking are also available.

* Experience working with secondary school students (ages 11-16)
* Experience supporting students with SEN

* Confident managing challenging behaviour
