* Lead Practitioner of Physics
* Full time, permanent contract. Part time considered.
* L9-L13 £72,858 - £79,385 per annum
* Leading the quality of teaching & learning within the Science department.
* Teaching KS4 & KS5 Physics, on a reduced timetable
* January 2026 start ideally. Later starts considered.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION - Lead Practitioner of Physics
* Qualified Physics Teacher with UK QTS
* Strong academic ability and experience teaching to KS5
* Experience teaching in high-performing schools beneficial
* A team player who can guide and mentor other teachers
* Prior middle leadership experience beneficial
