The Role

The firm’s Commercial Litigation team acts for a diverse client base, including SMEs, national organisations, and high-net-worth individuals. The work encompasses a wide range of disputes, including contractual claims, professional negligence, shareholder and partnership disputes, contentious probate, and debt recovery.
Key areas of focus include handling complex contractual and commercial disputes, managing shareholder and partnership disagreements, and advising on professional negligence and contentious probate matters. The team prides itself on providing tailored and commercially focused solutions for clients across a variety of industries.

The Candidate
* 6+ years’ post-qualification experience in Commercial Litigation, ideally from a regional or national firm
* Experience managing a varied and high-value caseload independently
* Strong technical knowledge of commercial disputes, with the ability to deliver commercially focused advice
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
* A proactive, solutions-driven mindset and a commitment to achieving the best outcomes for clients
* Experience in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, with the ambition to take on leadership responsibilities
