As our Food Services Supervisor, you’ll be right at the heart of our Restaurant
& Bar, leading shifts, motivating the team and making sure every service
runs smoothly from open to close.
You’ll be hands-on on the floor, confident with the menu,
and passionate about delivering standout guest experiences whether that’s a
perfect breakfast, a busy lunch or cocktails at the bar.
What you’ll be doing:
✨ Leading and supervising Restaurant & Bar shifts
to ensure seamless service
✨ Knowing the food & drink menu inside out and
making sure the team does too
✨ Maintaining high standards and ensuring all F&B
policies and procedures are followed
✨ Supporting training, coaching and developing the
team
✨ Managing stock, completing inventories and ensuring
clean, organised storage
✨ Monitoring guest experience, safety and service
levels throughout each shift
✨ Completing opening & closing duties, including
cash handling and securing the venue
✨ Working closely with other hotel teams and
supporting where needed
✨ Spotting opportunities to upsell and increase
revenue
✨ Helping seasonal events to drive additional sales
What we’re looking for:
✔ Previous F&B supervisory experience
(restaurant, bar or hotel)
✔ A confident leader with great people skills
✔ A positive, guest-focused attitude
