Overview

Care to Join Us? We currently have an exciting opportunity for a passionate, dedicated and skilled HR Coordinator. The information below provides more detail about the role.

Duties

* Delivering People & Culture Administration
* Processing onboarding checks for new starters
* Coordinate meetings
* Maintain up to date knowledge of systems and processes and apply to deliver outstanding results
* Assist our Learning & Development lead with project assignments
* Support in the preparation of P&C reports
* Support case work in line with college values and EQI objectives
* HR record keeping
* Maintaining our single central record
* Carrying out new starter day 1 inductions


Skills/Experience

* Experience of providing a high standard of customer service
* Experience of working in an administrative support role
* Experience in using HR information systems (desirable)
* Experience of working in an administrative support role within a Human Resources team (desirable)
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages particularly Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
* A knowledge of employment legislation (desirable)


Qualifications

* Minimum GCSE grade 4 / C in English & Maths or equivalent
* CIPD Level 3 qualification is desirable

* Strong interpersonal skills and able to respond appropriately to difficult situations
* Excellent attention to detail
* Well organised, able to prioritise and work to deadlines
* Strong teamwork skills
