Job Title: Centre Manager

Salary: £40,000 -50,000DOE + benefits
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on leader to drive exceptional customer experiences, operational excellence, and strong commercial outcomes. You’ll oversee day-to-day centre operations, lead a high-performing team, and maximise revenue from coworking memberships and events. This role combines senior site leadership with commercial ownership, ensuring budgets and KPIs are consistently exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the on-site team, fostering a customer-focused culture.
* Manage centre operations, from reception to facilities, ensuring smooth, high-quality delivery.
* Drive revenue growth through memberships and events, monitoring budgets and costs.
* Maintain health, safety, compliance, and quality standards.
* Build relationships with visitors, members, and community stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and service delivery.

* Proven experience in hospitality, flexible workspace, or customer-facing operations.
* Strong commercial focus with experience in revenue growth and business development.
