Position: Digital Performance Manager – working closely with the Marketing Director and cross-functional event teams
Salary: £40,000 + discretionary bonus
Hybrid set up:2–3 days in the office, remainder working from home

Key responsibilities for this Digital Performance Manager position:
* Drive performance across PPC, SEO, websites, landing pages and digital campaigns
* Optimise UX, website quality and CMS performance across multiple sites
* Analyse performance using GA4, SEMRush and ad platforms to deliver insight
* Manage digital projects, testing, optimisation and continuous improvement
* Support and mentor junior team members
What background and experience are the company looking for?
* 2–3 years’ experience as a Digital Performance Manager or similar digital marketing role
* Graduate or graduate calibre, essential
* Strong PPC, SEO and website optimisation experience
* Confident using GA4, SEMRush and paid media platforms
* WordPress CMS experience (Elementor and ACF preferred)
* Analytical, proactive and highly organised
