About The Role
As a Development Manager, you will oversee new development schemes from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards. You will be a strategic partner with Homes England, managing a variety of projects including land-led initiatives and Section 106 schemes.
You will work across the full development lifecycle—from site identification to final handover—on diverse housing projects. The role offers scope for creativity, process improvements, and contribution to our culture of continuous improvement.

Salary
The spot salary is £60,074 per annum for fully qualified candidates. Those who do not meet all requirements may start 5% or 10% below this amount.
About You
You should have a CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice (or equivalent), or be willing to work towards it, or possess relevant experience. Project management experience, including managing contractors and consultants, proficiency with project management tools like Sequel, strong budget management skills, and knowledge of housing policies are essential. A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle are required.
Interview Process
First-stage interviews: 19th and 20th May via Teams.
Candidates will complete a Congruity Questionnaire before second-stage interviews.
Second-stage interviews: 3rd and 5th June at our Peterborough office.
