Customer Account Manager
Location: Cosham
Salary: £25,500 + Commission (OTE approx. £30,000)

About the Role
Wild Recruitment is excited to partner with a well-known, unique business in Cosham to recruit a Customer Account Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships and delivering excellent customer service, with the chance to learn and develop sales skills.
You’ll manage a portfolio of established clients, nurture key accounts, and identify new business opportunities. This role combines customer service with sales, so confidence and communication skills are key.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Identify and act on sales opportunities
* Maximise key accounts through relationship building, upselling, and cross-selling
* Process customer orders over the phone
* Handle enquiries on deliveries, returns, repairs, and general support
* Develop strong, long-term customer relationships
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in a customer-facing role (sales experience is a bonus but not essential)
* Strong time management and multitasking skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Resilience under pressure
* Background in customer service or account management preferred
