About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Consultant to join our health and wellness team. You will spend approximately 70% of your time engaging with prospective members over the phone and sharing information about our services. The remaining 30% of your time will be spent in-person, showcasing our facilities, assisting with membership onboarding, and ensuring members receive a premium after-care experience.

Key Responsibilities
o Conduct outbound and inbound calls to prospective members.
o Achieve individual and team sales targets.
o Support onboarding of new members and provide exceptional after-care service.
o Showcase facilities and explain available programs and services.
o Maintain accurate records and manage administrative tasks associated with sales.
o Contribute to a professional, welcoming, and safe environment.
Requirements
o Previous sales experience desirable but not essential.
o Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
