Reservations Co-Ordinator Our guests luxurious experience at our award-winning hotel and spa begins with you. With your energetic personality, you will deliver the highest level of customer service, as well as liaise with all other departments here within the spa to ensure their stay is seamless. From your very first telephone conversation with a guest, to securing their booking (And in turn, earn yourself some commission!) you are at the forefront of their fabulous experience. Our Reservations Team knows how to build a rapport with long standing Ragdale Hall Spa members, as well as take care of first-time visitors to the hall who are ready to be wowed with our 5* customer service. No two bookings are the same, and therefore your meticulous attention to detail, as well as your ability to multitask is vital. You will ensure all reservation enquiries, bookings and cancellations are up to date, whilst ensuring all admin is complete after carrying out the final checks before guests arrive. Key Responsibilities
1. Manage reservations, enquiries and cancellations by phone, email and app
2. Accurately record guest details, confirmations and payments
3. Liaise with third‑party booking agents and manage invoices, refunds and vouchers
4. Allocate rooms in line with guest requirements
5. Maximise occupancy through up‑selling, waitlists and room moves
6. Prepare forecasts, reports and daily arrivals lists
7. Handle guest requests and complaints professionally
8. Maintain reservation systems, databases and office communications
9. Assist with voucher sales, particularly during peak periods
About You
10. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
11. Excellent telephone manner
12. Confident communicator with a strong customer service focus
13. Comfortable using computer systems and handling payments securely
14. Experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not essential
Hours Of Work:
15. Fixed term until April 2027
16. 4 days per week between the hours of 8.30am and 6pm
17. This includes 1x full weekend in 4 and 1x half weekend in 4
Salary:
18. Age 18-20: £10.85 per hour
19. Age 21+ : £12.75 per hour
