Who are you?
The Digital Media Specialist is a 12-month fixed-term role, covering parental leave. This role reports directly to the Head of International Marketing. The primary focus is to own & grow the paid, owned & earned media mix for Personify Health International to maximise lead generation, conversion & revenue pipeline. Whilst the strategy has been defined, it is your responsibility to execute the plan. You’ll work closely to support the in-house Snr. Digital Marketing Specialist who executes campaigns & marketing tactics across website, blog and email. You’ll closely collaborate with additional marketing managers on initiatives & projects such as nurtures, lead scoring, reporting and much more!
This role requires a savvy digital marketer with proven experience managing activity on advertising platforms including, but not limited to, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Manager, Instagram, Google Adwords inc, YouTube, Bing. Preference will be given to B2B marketers with experience working in marketing platforms (or similar to) Hubspot, Salesforce & 6Sense.

In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following:
1. Managing and owning the paid, owned & earned media mix for Personify Health International
2. Day-to-day management of digital advertising platforms – this includes reviewing & optimising existing platforms & scoping new platforms to trial, campaign & ad structure, audience targeting - paying attention to primary focus regions and languages, past campaign performance, cross-platform data syncing to optimise activity & boost conversion
3. Working closely with the Snr. Digital Marketing Specialist to manage the 3 International websites, assessing performance & conversion
4. Working with Internal Copywriter & Designer to create ‘thumb-stopping’ content to maximise conversion & demo requests
5. Assisting with writing copy for digital advertising to drive traffic to website & key content pieces
6. Continually review performance & adjust approach to maximise conversion success
7. Paying close attention to post-conversion lead journey to SAL (sales accepted lead), opportunities created with associated pipeline to ensure paid media activity drives a positive ROAS
8. Managing paid media budget & ensure activity is managed within pre-approved budget across ad platforms and driving positive ROAS
9. Turning insights into actions - reporting & assessing common lead journeys & channel touchpoints
10. Improving cross-platform data syncing to map conversion data with ad platforms for more sophisticated targeting
11. Continually seek new & innovative ways to prospect & re-target key accounts as well as lapsed clients
12. Collaborating with US Marketing Team to leverage processes, content and campaigns to promote Personify Health solutions Internationally
13. Staying on top of digital trends – explore new & innovative ways to advertise, deliver content & maximise lead capture
14. Exploring competitor activity & content

15. Marketing Degree or equivalent tertiary education
16. 3+ years direct, hands-on experience managing B2B advertising campaigns
17. Excellent communications skills, particularly with International stakeholders
