The Role

The pupil in question, a Boy in Year 4, is a lover of Art, English and Science, however he displays disruptive (non-violent) behaviour within class when triggered, so as a 1:1 Learning Support Assistant you will be required to support him, and help offer stability in class to ensure the environment around him is as engaging as possible! Work alongside the Key Stage 2 Teaching team and the school SENCo to plan and prepare engaging, fun sessions, and help this particular student to integrate, develop his social skills, and of course his academic levels.
