Role Overview
As a Facilities Manager, you will oversee hard & soft services including technical, cleaning, archiving, pest control, catering, and estates. You will manage a team of approximately 30 staff plus subcontractors, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual KPIs, PI's, and quality standards. Monitoring costs and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders are key responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate service delivery across multiple disciplines.
2. Ensure compliance with health and safety, quality, and environmental standards.
3. Prepare and submit management reports to stakeholders.
4. Support site audits and ensure continuous improvement.
5. Manage operational finances, including WIP, debt, and billing activities.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in FM project delivery within regulated environments.
* Knowledge of CDM regulations and health & safety certifications (e.g., IOSH Managing Safely).
* Proven leadership skills managing diverse teams and operational finance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* Desirable: Knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
