Role Description:
The Service Architect is responsible for designing and defining end-to-end IT service solutions that meet business requirements and align with organizational standards. This role ensures that services are scalable, secure, and deliverable within agreed SLAs, while integrating seamlessly with existing processes and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Service Design: Develop service architectures that cover infrastructure, applications, and operational processes.
2. Requirements Analysis: Work with stakeholders to capture functional and non-functional requirements for new or modified services.
3. Integration: Ensure new services integrate effectively with existing ITSM processes (eg, Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management).
4. Documentation: Produce service design packages, including service models, operational procedures, and support documentation.
5. Governance: Define service standards and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.
