We are looking for a seasoned Transformation Lead with infrastructure technology experience, strong problem-solving, and analytical skills to address major challenges and unlock opportunities aligned with the long-term technology and commercial strategies of the Global Technology Infrastructure Services (GTIS) and the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) organizations.
About GTIS and CTO
The role of GTIS is to build and operate a scalable, highly available utility infrastructure, leveraging enterprise scale to optimize hardware and software costs. The CTO oversees over 3,000 business applications, aiming to deliver a world-class technology landscape with strong controls and a commercial mindset.
Key Experience for Success
* Experience with commercial transactions in a technology infrastructure environment, including analyzing third-party agreements and applying commercial strategies.
* Procurement, sourcing, supplier management, and service management within complex regulatory environments, including cloud and on-premise solutions.
* Evaluating hardware, software, and service contracts to optimize performance, costs, and delivery speed.
Valued Skills
* Exposure to virtualization, containerization, and migration from legacy systems.
* Forward-thinking with 3-4 year strategic planning abilities.
* Leadership in building diverse, virtual teams.
