An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established site in Southall. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring the reliability and efficiency of a range of building and engineering systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out routine planned maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems.
* Responding to breakdowns and resolving faults in a timely manner.
* Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and internal procedures.
* Supporting continuous improvement and reliability initiatives on site.
* Maintaining accurate maintenance records and reporting any issues to the relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements:
* Recognised engineering qualification (e.g. NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds) in a mechanical or electrical discipline.
* Proven experience in a maintenance role within a facilities, estates or manufacturing environment.
* Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
* Strong communication and organisational abilities.
