They have experienced considerable growth, onboarded new clients and secured competitive bids - expanding its presence globally. They are now keen to appoint a Customer Success Manager (Dutch Speaking), to ensure clients receive exceptional support, maximise the value of partnerships.
Customer Success Manager (Dutch Speaking): Duties & Experience
Customer Discovery & Communication
* Strong customer-facing communication
* SaaS experience in delivery, customer success, implementation
* Run discovery workshops and capture requirements
* SaaS delivery or enterprise customer success
Solution Design & Implementation
* Technical awareness: API/Integration
Account Growth & Value Delivery
* Project leadership: Manage timelines, risks, stakeholders
