We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Care Coordinator to support our customers and colleagues at our Northampton office. You’ll be joining a friendly, professional team within a national property developer, where delivering exceptional service is at the heart of everything we do. What you’ll be doing: * Being the first point of contact for customers, providing a first-class service every time. * Coordinating queries with internal teams and contractors to ensure timely, effective resolutions. * Maintaining accurate records and keeping customers fully updated. * Contributing to our award-winning service culture by always going the extra mile.
