The post involves specialist Mammography imaging, training, and related duties at sites across Oxfordshire, with responsibilities including:
1. Organizing breast imaging services to ensure high-quality, effective, and flexible delivery responsive to patient needs.
2. Supervising and training Radiographers, Assistant/Associate Practitioners, and other health professionals.
3. Assisting in ultrasound clinics and maintaining own clinical work and professional development.
4. Supporting service development, quality assurance, and departmental audits.
The successful candidate will produce high-quality mammograms, participate in interventional procedures, and work as part of a multidisciplinary team. Training will be provided on equipment such as Hologic 3Dimensions and GE Pristina.
