You’ll be working with an exceptional Managed Service Provider getting involved with BAU, projects, and there is so much room for progression. Primary Responsibilities:
* Technologies: experience with Microsoft: Azure, 365, Windows, Intune, Entra ID
* Resolving Incidents: Resolve highly technical final-escalations problems
* Project: Run Microsoft based projects from start to finish
* Keep Systems Running Smoothly: Do regular updates, fix network problems, and apply patches.
* Help Users: Support staff with any problems using their hardware, software, or internet.
* Work with the Team: Support the wider 3rd line support team and help with bigger technical problems or projects.
* Documentation: Log issues, how they were fixed, and any system changes.
We are looking for an impressive 3rd Line Support engineer that wants to get involved with projects in a dynamic, fast paced, growing team.
